Shipping time and Shipping charges

We ship our products nationwide using Australia Post, CouriersPlease, TNT, or other courier services.

Most items listed on our website are in stock and can be dispatched within 1-2 working days upon receipt of your payment. Customised products will be dispatched as described on the product webpage.

Our road express courier service offers overnight delivery to Melbourne Metro, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra Metro, and some regional areas of Victoria. (Please note: our stock is located in Melbourne).

Deliveries are made on weekdays, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. We are not responsible for delays in transit caused by courier companies or accidents.

Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery location, size, and weight of your ordered goods. If you are unable to obtain a freight cost online, please email us or call us for a freight estimate before placing your order. One of our friendly representatives will be happy to assist you.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

We will replace any product delivered to you that is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or in a damaged condition.

If you receive your order damaged during transport, please notify us immediately within two (2) business days of receiving the damaged shipment. Additionally, you are required to provide us with photos of the damaged items to support your claim. We will organise a replacement for you within two (2) working days upon receiving your claim.

If your ordered item is defective or incorrectly supplied, please notify us within seven (7) working days of receipt. We will confirm the procedures for replacement, return of goods, or refund within two (2) working days.
